line-height: 250%; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;" dir="rtl"><span style="line-height: 250%; font-family: &quot;B Homa&quot;; font-size: 12pt;" lang="FA">در ابتدای مراسم بعد از تلاوت آیاتی چند از کلام الله مجید ، مهندس خواجوی رئیس هلال احمر ممقان بعد از خوش آمد گویی به حاضرین و تسلیت سالروز وفات امام رضا و پیغمبر اسلام (ص) و تبریک دهه فجر به ایراد سخنرانی پرداخت. در پایان نوید از تشکیل خانه داوطلبان هلال احمر ممقان را به حضار داد و هدف از تشکیل این تشکل را کمک به نیازمندان اعلام نموده و از خیرین ممقانی درخواست کرد تا با کمکهای نقدی و غیر نقدی خود به دایر شدن این تشکل بشردوستانه کمک کنند.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 250%; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;" dir="rtl"><span style="line-height: 250%; font-family: &quot;B Homa&quot;; font-size: 12pt;" lang="FA">سخنران دوم جمشید کرمی از اسرار جنگ ایران و عراق بود که به عنوان ایثارگر نمونه انتخاب شده بودند تا خاطراتی را از دوران جنگ و اسرات در زندانهای رژیم بعث عراق در این مراسم تعریف کند. وی در اول سخنان خود با گله مندی از روابط مردم در این زمانه گفت: در زمان جنگ رزمنده ها برای رفتن به ماموریت های خطرناکی که احتمال شهادت بالا بود از هم سبقت می گرفتند اما امروزه برادر به برادر رحم نمی کند وی در ادمه با تعریف خاطره ای از چگونگی لو رفتن خود در زمان اسرارت به خاطر تهیه آب برای همرزم بیمارش و شکنجه شدن به خاطر آن توسط سربازان عراقی اشاره کرد و گفت که در زمان حاظر چنین از خود گذشتگی هایی کم دیده می شود که به خاطر کسی که نمی شناسد خود را به خطر اندازد.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 250%; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;" dir="rtl"><span style="line-height: 250%; font-family: &quot;B Homa&quot;; font-size: 12pt;" lang="FA"><img style="float: right;" src="http://up.iranblog.com/37261/1265836778.jpg" alt="مراسم تجلیل از برگزیدگان ممقان" width="300" height="225" />در اواخر مراسم نیز امام جمعه از طرف خود و بخشدار با عذرخواهی به علت دیر حاضر شدن در این مراسم دلیل آن را افتتاح چند پروژه در شهرک شهید سلیمی ممقان ابراز داشت و گفت که ما قرار بود که در اول مراسم حتما در اینجا حاضر شویم که بعلت دیر آمدن مسولان استانی در شهرک مراسم آنجا به تاخیر افتاد بعد از ایراد سخنرانی توسط حاج آقا باقرنژاد امام جمعه ممقان و نوبرلی بخشدار ممقان جوایزی به قید قرعه با حاضرین و تابلوی یادبود همراه جوایزی به برگزیدگان صنفی و مدیریتی و... به آنها اهدا گردید اما این مراسم با همه نقاط قوت خود دارای کاستی هایی بود که شاید به چشم من نوعی که اولین بار بود در این مراسم حضور داشتم بیشتر مورد توجه قرار گرفت و این حضور نداشتن نخبه گان اصلی ممقانی بود که از حضور هیچ کدام از آنها خبری نبود دانشجویانی که رتبه های تک رقمی و دورقمی کنکورهای سراسری را کسب کرده بودند یا ممقانیانی که در رده های بالای سازمانهایی مختلف کشوری افتخاراتی برای شهرمان به ارمغان آورده اند این دومین دوره از این مراسم بود و امید آن می رود با بها دادن به نخبه گان واقعی ممقان و برگزاری مراسمی مشابه اینان به جوانان ممقان شانسانده شوند تا الگویی باشد برای امثال من جوان ممقانی. </span></p>
